oh, i got a puppy from brandon for christmas. she is the best ever. she's a little fat fur ball. haha!!! she's great!!! i love her. her name is belle (named her after belle from beauty & the beast bcuz that's my all time favorite disney movie)!!! i also got a black video ipod!! it's great!! i love watching the office on it. i take it to school with me & watch it during & in between classes!! i looove it! i carry it around with me just as much as i do my cell phone!! haha!

new mexico is absolutely beautiful. i went in december to visit brandon. i had such a blast. it snowed like 20+ inches while i was there. it was great!! i stayed at the brown's!! they are wonderful!! i had a lot of fun with ashlyn. one night, we got all of the people.. barreras, mcclellans, browns, coutures, alan g., bran & i.. & we had a huge snowball fight at the brown's home!! wow!! we had a blast!! it was the most fun i had in a lot time!! the browns, liz (a friend from NY), brandon & i went to the cabin in angel fire for a couple of days. that was really fun!! it was so beautiful up there!! it had snowed like 50 something inches in angel fire & it was great snow to sled on!! next time we go, we'll go skiing!! brandon & i went on the world's longest tram!! it was a little scary!! we took the tram from the bottem of the sandia mountain to the very top. it's a do-on-time-kinda-thing!! we ate at a restaurant at the top of the mountain! it was nice & cold!! brandon didn't work the whole time i was there.. so we got to spend a lot of quality time together!! i love that kid!! he's amazing!!

well, school has started again. it's still crap. i'm only taking 3 classes this semester... which i may add is my last semester (for now). i only go to school twice a week.. and i do my 'womanly' duties on the other days.. which consist of cooking for & cleaning after the guys. if i really had the time to, i would find new recipes & try them so i can become great at them & be an even better cook for brandon.

wedding stuff can be stressful. brandon has been such a great help, but it's hard trying to plan a wedding apart. we'll make it tho. i've been searching the internet & talking to people about invitations. it's so hard trying to decide. i spent like 4 hours talking to the florists yesterday. trying to decide what to do. it's fun b/c i know it's for mine & brandon's wedding. but's a headache trying to do choose, decide & figure things out. i wish i could just snap my fingers & it'd all be done. but i'm sure every bride-to-be has felt that way. my wedding dress comes in in a couple of months. i'm excited about that. it's beautiful. we got half of the honeymoon stuff done. i found the wedding cakes that i want. i'm going wednesday to look at prices & stuff.

i'm leaving friday to go to new mexico for 2 weeks. i'm missing 2 days (a week) of school. i don't care. it's worth missing school. brandon's birthday & valentine's day are next week.. so i'll be there to celebrate those days with him. that's actually the whole point of me going. for him. i miss him like crazy. we're gonna be married in like 103 days or something like that. it's gonna be great & we won't be apart!! we have some exciting things planned for my visit. i think we are going to look at houses for when we get married!! it should be loads of fun!! we've found a couple of houses that we liked.. just have to go see them in person!

i realized last week that my graduation actually falls on my wedding date. guess i'm not going to go to graduation. haahaha!! i didn't want to walk anyways. i was actually gonna get out of it. so i guess it worked out good that my wedding is on my graduation day.

anyways, school stinks. i'm glad i'm graduating this semester (even tho, i'm not walking). although wedding planning can be stressful, it's so worth it bcuz i am doing this for brandon & me.

i love brandon cotten & i can't wait to be his wife on may 19th!! wOoOhOoO!!

mom's been gone 6 months today.  it's crazy.  seems just like yesterday.  i do miss her.. a lot.  i've been missing her a lot lately.  i'll see her soon enough.. and i'll get to spend eternity with her in heaven. 

times does fly by.

brandon was here about a week & a half ago.  he came into town just to see me.  yes, i felt very special.  :)  he also stayed for my surgery & took great care of me all day.  he's absolutely wonderful.  what can i say?  God has blessed me. 

he's back in town.. but in magnolia.. i'm gonna go see him friday.  stupid school & tests won't allow me to go see him..plus i missed all of last week due to my surgery. (gotta go to school to stay caught up)  oh well.  he needs to spend time with his family.  i think i'm going to new mexico in december to go see him!  that should be very fun!!  i always have a grand time with him!

school is school.. and thank goodness the semester is almost over with.  monday i signed my application for graduation.  it felt really good & exciting.  one more semester to go.. and i'm out of school.. for a while.. until i go back & figure out what i really want to do. 

soon after graduation comes the wedding.. and the beginning of a lifetime with brandon.  i can't wait! it's gonna be just grand, for sure & for certain.
